Great service provided by Surj and his team.
From quote through to delivery, installation and after sales service was/is superb.
After considering our options all of which Surj helped us look into, we chose a log burner to take the place of an open fire.
The stove not only looks great but does an amazing job.

Fantastic service all around from going into store and picking a fireplace and having it fitted. Surj really went above and beyond, we were unsure of exactly what we wanted but with the patients and guidance we managed to get exactly what we were looking for. Fireplace was ordered and delivered within 2 weeks and the fitters were also very efficient.

At the beginning of the year I had the pleasure of purchasing my gas fire and surround from Walsall Fireplaces, right from the beginning the experience was a total pleasure, we entered the shop to find an array of beautiful fires and surrounds (spoilt for choice) we were greeted by Surj who was polite, professional and friendly, as we looked around there was no pressure from him, although he was there if we had any queries and then he would leave us to continue looking. We left the shop to consider our options and returned a few weeks later again no pressure, we decided on the fire and surround
