The Knighton Lodge is a small family run coastal lodge located in a quiet cul-de-sac, immediately behind the unspoiled southern sand dunes and beach. This is an area of Skegness that is positively quiet, and where the beaches are never over occupied. Access is via a short sandy opening in peaceful sand dunes.
The sand dunes are idyllic for young children to play in safely well away from traffic and water, forming natural sun traps. Knighton lodge is ideal for young and not so young with easy access for wheelchairs and mobility scooters (which are also available for hire). Knighton Lodge is ideal for those seeking a quiet and relaxing break far from the noise and bustle of the town centre.

We had the family room (bunk beds for the kids in our room with double bed) the rooms are lovely have everything you need for each day, the bathroom and shower were immaculate.
Steve and Chris the owners (I do hope I have spelt that right Chris haha) were absolutely brilliant, anything we wanted or needed they accommodated for as far as Chris even went out and she got our 3 year old daughter a bus toy we were looking for and speaking to her about over breakfast (which again was perfect especially as my son even asked for sausage sweetcorn and gravy for BREAKFAST, Chris still did it for him she

Myself and my new bride went to Skegness for our honeymoon..we stayed in the knighton lodge b&b . We were greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. We were shown to our room which was set out spectacularly. Tea coffee and biscuits. The room was clean and the towels on the made bed was in the shape of swans which was very nice.. anything we required wasn't to much trouble for Chris and Steve.. breakfast was excellent and the overall experience was first class .. we will look forward to visit again.. thankyou for making our honeymoon a remembaral one ..

Just had a lovely stay here. Chris and Steve were very very friendly everytime we saw them. Breakfast was fab., thanks Steve. Beds/rooms were great, had everything we needed. Knighton Lidge is a short walk to… the huzzle and buzzle of Skegness. But, my favourite part is, they are a n even shorter walk to the Beautiful Beach. Spent hours there. Will definitely be going back for sure. I would recommend you visit them aswell. 10/10. Thank you both for a fab stay!!!!

Spent our Easter bank holiday in this beautiful lodge. Very clean cosy and homely place. Chris and Steve who run the lodge are both wonderful people, the rooms are very clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Of it isn't there either Chris or Steve will do there best to sort it. The breakfast is very enjoyable, definitely worth getting out of bed for. So glad we came here, and will definitely be back. Being a young couple we felt very welcomed!
