Each room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a digital LCD TV which includes Freeview channels and a DVD player. Free wireless broadband internet access is available throughout Lucan Lodge (please note you will require your own wireless-enabled device). Tea and coffee making facilities, and a hair dryer, are also available in these homely centrally heated rooms.
A full English breakfast including cereals, fruit and juices is available in the dining room with all fresh food locally sourced whenever possible. Crowland Abbey, founded in the 8th Century, has a torrid history. St Guthlac lived there before the Abbey was ransacked by the Danes in 870. A disastrous fire in 1091 razed the entire building to the ground.

This has to be one of the best B&B's in Lincolnshire, Jo the owner, is such a lovely person, makes you feel at home straightaway. The whole building and gardens are immaculate, the rooms spacious, and warm, the food is top notch. Visit here and you will always remember Jo from Lucan Lodge.
