The Lodge Country Park is located in the heart of Rutland, just a few miles away from the picturesque Rutland Water and close to the market towns of Oakham and Melton Mowbray. Here we offer log cabin holiday accommodation, additional camping facilities and also a cafe and shop within another purpose built log cabin. Check the availability for our log cabins and caravan pitches, and book online for your next holiday. Let us show you the log cabins, the country park views, the facilities and the shop in our video tour.
Services
Your support enables us to provide a Christian home and work place for vulnerable adults in our community. We provide a safe place for people to grow in their faith, develop skills and play an active role in their community. Every individual is unique and therefore no one package of support needed is the same.
Payments are made for a specific date and location; these are not transferable unless deemed necessary by the Manager. Details of our cancellation policy are included in the Terms and Conditions highlighted during your booking process. If your booking requirements do not fit our pre-set options, please ring or email the Country Park Manager for further options.
Set in ten acres of parkland, you can enjoy the local beauty of the Rutland countryside. Rutland Water is only a 10 minute car journey and the market towns of Oakham, Stamford, Grantham and Melton Mowbray are all within easy reach. For those who would enjoy some local history, we have Burghley House, Belvoir Castle and Rockingham Castle within easy travelling distance.

Easy access to the site – use the left hand entrance which leads directly to a large car park. Unusually there is both a Camping & Caravan CS and a Caravan & Motorhome Club CL on the same site. The entrance to both are clearly marked as you enter the car park – the entrance to the CL is on the right as you enter The Lodge Trust car park - follow the clearly signed directions which lead you onto the CL field. The entrance to the CS is straight ahead then turn left to enter the CS field. The main difference between the two sites is that the CL has 5 large hardstanding pitches with large lawned
