Our team of highly motivated personal trainers and transformation coaches will make you look, feel and become the ultimate version of yourself. We take care or all your nutritional need, training requirements and mental readiness. Our coaches, both male and female personal trainers, specialise in body transformations, weight loss, strength & conditioning, rehab & pre/post natal.
Unlike most gyms or PT's who treat joining a gym like ordering food off a menu we do things a little different. We love to discover what drives people to get in shape, this is our chance to learn a little more about you and your chance to find out a little more about us. So your ready to get cracking on your journey?
Unlike most gyms or PT's who treat joining a gym like ordering food off a menu we do things a little different. You're in great hands with our team. Gone are the days of ad hock PT sessions, no results and no real guidance outside that 45minutes session. Our results driven ethos builds a programme around you, meeting your specific needs both in and out of the gym.
No bad attitudes - We run a strict no d**khead policy, which means if you act like one, its likely we'll ask you to leave. We expect you to NOT judge others and we won't tolerate members being made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. Respect our gym - We work hard to ensure the gym is clean and tidy please ensure you return equipment to it's home once you have finished with it and use the spray and blue roll provided to wipe equipment down.

Great Gym, brilliant coaches who talk through your nutrition and lifestyle to fully understand you so they can assist you properly in attaining your goals. Very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease . A definite must for anyone who is looking to get back into fitness or to progress to a higher level of fitness. They also have an app so you can track your progress ( its links to other fitness apps to like fitbit) and ensure that you stay on track.

Fantastic gym with great knowledgable trainers who give you as much support as needed. The classes are small groups of like minded people who all have the similar goals so it doesn’t matter if it’s your first time in a gym or you’ve been there 2 years everyone gets the same support and encouragement. Add to this the social group who organise events like total warrior ( if your game) and nights out for a catch up.
The reason T12 is a success is because it’s not a intimidating gym it’s a family

Jamie and Tariq are brilliant coaches and the main ones I’ve worked with. They both help with nutrition and treat every client with respect every time. They both have laughed and joked with me which has made training easier and more enjoyable. I started one of the 12 week programmes at the beginning of November 17 and if you’d have told me at the start I was going to want to carry on I’d have laughed and said you were wrong but I do want to carry on and continue getting the results I’ve been getting. I never would have thought that I’d enjoy exercise.

Great coaches very helpful and always push you to achieve your goals. I have a disability which makes certain things harder for me to do but Tariq and Jamie have worked with me and my disability so that I can still work out and I already feel fitter and healthier and I am losing weight doing training sessions with them. If your serious about working out and body transformations this is the best place to come

Fantastic coaches who focus on mindset as well as physical results! The sessions are challenging and fun. Tariq has helped to keep me training whilst I have knee joint pain (a time I have felt like giving up) and has adapted my sessions accordingly 🙂 Love the newly refurbished gym too!
