Courier service absolute useless. items missing from bed, kept on saying it will arrive but never does. Had to request a refund tried to message Best beds Facebook days ago but got simply ignored. avoid

No delivery update, no response from phone call or email. The customer service is shocking and my mattress s has still not arrived although the lead time is 1 day. If i knew the delivery was this slow I would of ordered elsewhere. I would not suggest ordering here and order on ebay its the same price but your delivery is tracked. Very dodgy company i would not recommend

Mattress turned up in a right state as you can see , spoke to Jordan straight away sent him the photos was told he would get the mattress collected that was over 2 weeks ago and the mattress is still here and… now Jordan is ignoring my calls and emails and I’m £319 out of pocket with a dirty mattress

My daughter had been looking for a new mattress for her small double bed, went to a well known bed centre and they had very little choice in this size. This company had lots of choice in the small double size, good prices too and delivery was fast. Would highly recommend!
