Giving your guests a good night's sleep doesn't have to cost you a fortune. Our trade team is one of the best in the country, serving hundreds of customers across a wide variety of commercial sectors, including Private Landlords, Universities, Boarding Schools, Leisure Parks and Hotels. All of our customers' needs are different, that's why we've worked hard to create a trade mattress range that caters to all types of budgets and accommodations.
We offer FREE to the UK Mainland and a charged for service to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We aim to offer Fast Delivery, however some areas such as Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey are a 3-5 day service.

We offer a FREE NEXT working day (8.00am - 6.00pm) delivery service to the UK Mainland (dependent on delivery area) on all orders over 100 received & security checked before 4pm.Orders under 100 incur a 7 delivery charge. Once we have cleared Payment we will dispatch your items. Although all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday or for your selected date.
We spend a third of our lives in bed, so it is hugely important that you find the right mattress. Ordered a mattress from here, delivery was set to be for the 30th December. The mattress didn't even turn up, didn't get told anything. Absolutely rubbish customer service, started a live chat on website waited 20 minutes and no one answered. I was the first person in queue, same branch different area rang saying that apparently I spoke to customer services saying I wanted a king size mattress. Never spoke to anyone, the guy at the different branch said he would get customer service to call, waited for ages. No one rang, gave them a call myself and was told that the 31st December someone from customer

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I cannot stress this enough. I ordered a bed and mattress in November 2018. At the time of ordering, the sales team were delightful. Friendly, patient and helpful (of course, making the take of your money as painless as possible, but when it’s too good to be true…!). A couple of days later, I noticed Wayfair were doing the same bed frame for £100 cheaper. Mattressman had a price match advertised. I contacted them and requested this was honoured. The refused because Wayfair would deliver the bed quicker than them and therefore it would be not the same offer

Awful! Ordered a shoe cabinet in March, finally received in July. Parts labelled incorrectly making construction difficult. Screws too small to hold, damaging the cheap MDF when the handles came away. Paint needed scraping from the finish. Poor service, poor product, stay clear!

Very disappointing and unacceptable service. Ordered in March. Quick enough to take almost £1300...Promised on 29th April. 1 days notice to say they had made a 'stock error' on the divan base and couldn't deliver. I accepted the mattress and headboard on 30th. Chased divan delivery ( twice). It finally arrived last week but drawer base badly damaged. Sent photos. Spoke to customer services on Thurs pm and Fri am. It is now Tues pm and I have not received ANY contact or acknowledgement from the 'team dealing with such matters' - as advised by Customer services. I can only presume they are too busy

Terrible experience - bed frame delivered on Friday, only to discover on unpacking that it's been eaten by some kind of insect and is completely rotten! Cannot get hold of anyone from customer services (have tried calling at least 15 times and emailing!) I just want someone to answer the phone, my money back and for someone to collect the rotten bedframe asap that is currently at my house..
Edit: after writing this review, I spoke to someone over Twitter who has been very helpful and apologetic. I will update based on the outcome to reflect how well they resolve the issue (only fair to reflect

Ordered a mattress in December. Received an order confirmation.
Emailed 2 weeks later asking when I might expect the delivery
Was told the beginning of Feb. Heard nothing else.
Emailed asking for an update at the beginning of Feb no one replied.
Made contact on Facebook to be told the mattress was sat waiting to be delivered.
Won't be using the company again

Ordered bed on Sunday told delivery by Wednesday but never turned up. Online chat said they will sort but nothing. Rang customer services who claimed they knew nothing and still waiting! Who knows when the bed will ever turn up????
Avoid like the plague and shop anywhere else.

Ordered a divan base and headboard 27th August, said on the website around 21 days for delivery. My money was taken out of my account the next day. Apart from the confirmation of order email I have heard nothing about delivery date. Yes it’s still only 18 days since I ordered but getting a reply by message/chat/email/phone is proving impossible. Yes there may be less staff due to Covid but come on you lot, this is ridiculous. Website is now saying 49 days for delivery. Really? Very poor customer service-well there hasn’t been any.......

Waited over five weeks and in that time I have been given three delivery dates, all of which have been cancelled, despite having been assured on numerous occasions that the delivery date was "definite". This latest one I wasn't even told had been cancelled! Very poor communication and customer service. Now awaiting refund.

I am giving one star as -2 is not allowed. Ordered a bedframe and mattress on a 2-3 days delivery 10 days ago, after 4 days checked why it hadn't delivered only to be told frame not in stock and longer delivery than advertised. Needed bed urgently so changed frame to one available in stock, delivery promised net day but only mattress turned up. (9 days gone since order) Checked again why and surprise... frame equally not in stock til mid December but hey the one on the original order was now available so switched order again. Promised delivery next day and callback from customer service, none of
