We bought a expensive Dormeo mattress in January 2016. The mattress had 25 years warranty tapering after each 5 year period. For the first 5 years it had a full replacement warranty.
The mattress started to loose shape and support. I got in touch with Dormeo in mid 2020 during the pandemic. They advised me to contact the dealer i.e. Bestpricebeds.
Bestpricebeds were closed for business during the pandemic. However, after e-mailing them our issue, they contacted me back and persevered with Dormeo to get our mattress replaced at no extra cost. It took about 4 months but we got there in the end

Bought our Hypnos Superking mattress and base recently. Highly recommend Best Price Beds. Very nicely priced beds, a lot cheaper than other sellers of the same spec of bed. Communications were excellent as was the delivery. Superb quality bed and we’re very happy. It’s 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us!

Went and bought a mattress after a number of recommendations. Staff could not have been more helpful. We will no doubt use them again. Also more than happy to recommend them in the future.

They said 3-4 weeks delivery, but by the end of the 4th week I had no idea where my order was. Often times I would have to chase them to get an update, which I shouldn't have to be doing.
I then got told my order would be delivered on Monday, so I took the day off work to ensure that I was home to receive the delivery, just for them to turn around and say that it would not be delivered that day either?!
Quite possibly the slowest service I have ever received.

Our mattress went missing in the delivery depot leaving us without anything to sleep on in our new house but this was resolved with excellent customer service and communications. We are also delighted with our new mattress because it was excellent value for money and great quality. Would buy again.

Really great quality product found here for over £100 cheaper than other places. The customer service received from Steve was top class following issues with their couriers. He resolved the problem quickly and kept me posted every step of the way. Very happy. Would definitely recommend
