Our showroom is currently closed to the public. We are offering a 'Click & Collect' service for local customers but orders must be placed online. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received an email notification to do so. A valid form of ID will be required to collect your order.
Orders placed after 15:00 BST on Fridays will be scheduled for delivery on Saturday the following week. Find your destination country on a list of countries we ship to for details on pricing and approximate delivery times. Orders ready for collection can be picked up Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm from the following address.

Drove over an hour to collect two dry suits, a pair of trapeze harness, boots and gloves to be told that we cannot collect anything and refused to deal with us even though Google clearly states they are open.
A member of staff who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful, and wasn’t the slightest bit fazed there going to lose us a customers. We simply want to exchange money for some goods and be on our way but it seems this is just too much for them.
Don’t waste your time!

Bought a wetsuit for £160 and it has ripped on the first use, this isnt covered by warranty as its the users fault but i feel many other wetsuits i have worn havent ripped on the first use. they are sending out a repair kit for the wetsuit but feel robbed for spending so much money and a damaged wetsuit.

Instead of investigating with parcel company a specially when I said that I have all on cctv.
Maybe goods are in good quality but customer service is disgraceful.

The paddle I needed for my daughter was out of stock at my usual supplier so I ordered from Wetsuit Outlet for the first time. I placed the order just before 1400 hrs and I was amazed to have it delivered by… 0830 the following day! It was packaged really well too and I am seriously impressed. I recently purchased a mystic wetsuit from the outlet and it tore at the stitching during its first use. To say I was unhappy is an understatement it cost me 260 euro. So I didnt expect to rip or falter anytime soon. The outlet were quick to replay at first but Jordan from there team seems to be ignoring me as I sent an email back to regarding the… offer to repair it. (leaving me without a wetsuit for at least 3 weeks and and inferior product) After suggesting I had over stretched it is a wetsuit after all and it should be stretchy. I am calling out mystic's dodgy stitching and now the wetsuit

Truly awful customer service. Mystic wetsuit started coming apart but they wouldn’t help and just advised me to send it off to be repaired myself. Wetsuit is a couple of months old and only been used 4 or 5 times. I can see from the other reviews that I’m not the only person who has had a poor experience with them

If I could, I would not even give them 1 Star.... Worst Online-Shopping and Customer Service I have ever experienced. I would suggest to research prices, cost of shipping and return by yourself beforehand. Return cost were actually more expensive with the service recommended by "Wetsuit Outlet". Really inconvenient and absolute NO-GO!

Do not give your money to this company! They have no consideration for their customers once they have your money. I accidentally put a previous address on my order through Amazon. I notified them within hours and they said there was nothing they could do to help. Amazon subsequently informed me that they could have redirected the package - but by… then it was too late as it had already been delivered. Amazon interceded on my behalf to ask for a refund, and I’ve repeatedly messaged them - I made a mistake, but so did they - they could have helped. In every reply they say Amazon is lying
