Placed my order almost two weeks ago. I called after three days of it not being dispatched was promised a call back. Called again after five days of not being dispatched was promised a call back etc etc etc. I'm now not going to receive the item at all due to a stock discrepancy. I called this company 7 times in total nobody was able to tell me where my order was, who was sending it or when it would be here but assured me they will personally look in to this and call me back so i can make arrangements if this was going to be delayed. Absolute shambles of a company DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY

Items shown as in stock yet I received a phone call to say 2/3 items not available. One of them they may never be able to source again. This happened last time I ordered with them but I gave benefit of the doubt ordering again.
Also was told that the quickest way to get a refund is to put in a PayPal claim. Either this company is very poorly run and/or they are in major financial trouble, trying to hold onto people’s money as long as possible.
Still waiting for my refund now. Will be telling all my band members to avoid this company like the plague.

Honest, down to earth, knowledgeable, with a good feel homely feel about the shop and that's saying something in Covid Times. I drove 23 miles to get my musical instrument checked out and I will go back again for music and to buy a better instrument if I ever better at playing it! Its the kind of place you want to go to buy or learn about a musical instrument because they do not think any question is stupid. Refreshing!

Ordered 3 "In Stock" items from their website and charged in full the same day. After nearly 2 weeks of no communication from them I chased them only to be told "don't trust stock info on website" - 1 item wasn't stocked as it was a special order "would you like us to order this for you?". Agreed with them to send the 2 items they had and refund the 3rd. The 2 items arrived but there's still no sign of the promised refund another fortnight later. Spoke to them again this morning the excuse this time was that they "only do refunds once a week" and they "must have not seen" mine before today!

I ordered a couple of items and after just under two weeks I called them to say that heard heard nothing from them. They had taken payment but never once responded with acknowledgement that my order had even been made and that they had received it. I spoke to them after 13 days and they told me that both items I had ordered were not available. Were they going to tell me? I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Both items will be next day delivery! Very poor service from Alan Gregory Music I'm afraid to say.

These guys are really great. So kind and helpful. I went in with a cheap electric violin bought on eBay for my teenage daughter and asked them to fit some new strings I had bought on line. They actually did this within my lunch hour and did not charge me. After this the violin would not remain tuned. In returning it I was advised that the violin needed a new bridge 2 new pegs as well as micro tuning pegs which were absent. They repaired it with new parts at a reasonable price and at no point made me feel inferior because I had a cheap product what was bound to have let me down. They were all really

Purchased a Rico Graftonite Saxophone Mouthpiece. The item is great and the service was excellent. I ordered a Tenor mouthpiece online when I needed an Alto, but one phone call and the order was changed and arrived correct. Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure.
