In 30 years as a customer ( I feel old now...) I am never disappointed in the service provided by the helpful staff and I rarely leave empty handed. If they don't have what you are looking for they will find it, and if you're not sure what you're after they will make excellent suggestions. I once went in to replace my violin strings after 10 years of not playing, all I could remember about the brand was the colour of the packet they had come in 10 years before, they pinpointed them for me in seconds. That's the standard of service you can expect.

Had my flute repaired today. Fantastic service and flute was repaired whilst I was in town and I picked it up a few hours later. I felt he had knowledge and understanding and I would not hesitate to go there to buy a new instrument when I need a replacement.
