Friendly people, beautiful well looked after horses and a lovely trek out. Very impressed with this stables and the priority they give to their horses care. We enjoyed our trek out on: Big Blossom, Ranger and Pandora so much that it has inspired my bro & sis to learn to ride back home. We will definitely return.

I visited here with my 7 year old daughter recently. Lovely facility that genuinely care for the horses. We had a fabulous hack through beautiful countryside, spotted some local wildlife and although the weather was a bit on the harsh side, we still had a really enjoyable time. I rode a gorgeous gent called Cobweb, who had had an injury previously, meaning he went two years on rest before returning to work doing light hacks only. This speaks volumes about the centre as many wouldn't keep hold of a horse needing such prolonged care. Special thank you to Beth who walked alongside my Daughter in horrid

Our daughters had a lovely day here today. All the staff were so friendly & enthusiastic about the horses. The carriage experience was excellent value and my eldest was fully involved from attaching harnesses to driving two different carriages. Both daughters then had a 45 minute trek on their own horses as complete novices and thoroughly enjoyed it. Can’t recommend the place highly enough & it’s excellent value for money.

Visited to celebrate our daughters birthday, 1 hour pony trek followed by a carriage ride. Both experiences took us through the beautiful setting of the cresswell crags. All staff at the centre were excellent and made our daughter feel extra special on her birthday. Big thank you to all at the centre. We will be returning in the near future!

My daughters have been trekking here a few times and absolutely loved it, to the extent they have now convinced me to start them lessons. Their first lesson was yesterday and they are already asking me how long till their next one. Fantastic stables with lovely, helpful staff and beautiful horses. Thank you!

We had a great day. We booked a carriage ride experience for our teenage daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed it, she was totally involved in the whole process , not just sitting and watching. Gail was brilliant, she was patient and so experienced. After, we booked a horse ride for both daughters to do - this was not just a walk around a field but a proper walk on a lovely trail.
All the staff were really friendly and welcoming and we certainly never felt like outsiders to the club. There was no judgement towards our two complete novices and we really felt that they wanted to make the day really

This place may have many good reviews, however, the people using the facilities are totally unaware of the neglectful working conditions of the young people who work there. The employer pays less than minimum wage to 15, 16, 17 year olds, she pays £20 for a 12 hour working day with no breaks! If you wish to ride horses please go to a trekking centre that respect and care for their staff. If this is how they treat human beings, how on earth do they treat the horses!!!!!!!!!!
