Injection moulding is our speciality at Aztec, undertaken by an excellent workforce offering years of experience in the production of precision parts, components & finished goods to the customer's respective lead time.
Our value adding Assembly & Testing team are able to provide the full range of processes to ensure you receive your product how you require it - whether this be tumble packed into boxes or meticulously sorted, printed, assembled & wrapped in individual packaging.All tools stored on site are maintained and insured on a routine basis as per our ISO accredited Quality Management System.

With a range of machines covering clamping pressures of 20T through to 200T we can produce small to medium injection mouldings up to 600g in weight, in any colour requested & in a range of polymers - we currently mould over 70 types of material. Working alongside various suppliers we can source all grades of polymer, to individual bespoke, industry or quality specifications.
The Aztec Quality Management System has been approved by LRQA since 1998 and is currently approved to the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard. This standard includes all aspects of design, sales, moulding manufacture, tool maintenance, inspection, delivery & general business to ensure we operate to the highest standard of quality.
