My journey with coaching started in 2008 but ever since I can remember I've always had a desire to help people. I began my career in Welfare to Work in 2008 helping unemployed people return to or start employment.

DiSC is a personal assessment tool that provides a very comprehensive overview of the way that people think, act and interact with each other.
This workshop will introduce you to the theory, processes and skills of motivational interviewing. The workshop builds awareness of why people change, what makes people resistant to change, the language of change as well as how we can help ourselves and others to change and move forward.

We will explore the possibilities and steps you can take to accomplish your goal as well as we will identify obstacles that may stop you from achieving it and the ways to overcome those obstacles.
