Simon Cowcher began his career in timber frame after several years chartering and racing sailboats all over the world. During his time abroad he was entrusted to oversee a major restoration of a classic yacht for a private client, who sought only the finest quality and craftsmanship, however hard to find.
It is increasingly apparent working from home - either full or part-time - is becoming an essential option for many of us. Combining good design to allow this, but without interfering with domestic arrangements is an ideal worth achieving. A separate guest annexe that allows visiting family or guests a measure of independence from the main house has equal advantages.
We at InaSanctum Designs prefer to get involved on a project at the outset wherever possible. Once the brief is agreed, we can then get to work on the design phase, and outline any potential pitfalls in the processes required ahead. This inevitably saves time and money having to overcome hurdles further along which can occasionally result in significant changes.
