Cliftonville Football & Athletic Club
Cliftonville Football Club are pleased to announce the appointment of Marty McCann as First-Team Coach. The former Reds midfielder was. Conor Scannell's double in last night's 9-0 victory over Knockbreda at Solitude saw the 17-year-old striker enter the exclusive club. Luke Turner was pleased with the "relentness" nature of Cliftonville's performance in last night's 9-0 victory over Knockbreda at Solitude.

Kirsty McGuinness marked her 50th international appearance by being one of three Cliftonville players on the scoresheet in Northern Ireland. Cliftonville 9-0 Knockbreda Paul O'Neill scored a hat-trick in his first start of the season as Cliftonville made comfortable progress. It's a brave person who dares suggest to Colin Coates that the County Antrim Shield doesn't carry any significance.
Services
Cliftonville Football Club offers a wide range of opportunities that can help your business reach a local, national and international audience of football supporters - and all from as little as 50 per season. Entering into a commercial partnership with Ireland's Oldest Football Club is a cost-effective means of engaging with current customers and boosting your brand awareness in conjunction with the most innovative Club in the country.
Gentlemen desirous of becoming members of the above Club will please communicate with J. M. McAlery, 6 Donegall Street or R. M. Kennedy, 6 Brookvale Terrace, Antrim Road. A wonderful history.

Association Football while on honeymoon in Scotland the previous year and, after taking it upon himself to bring the sport to Victorian Ireland, eventually came to form the country's first Football Club, who we are proud to say are continuing to play a key role in the modern game today.
The Cliftonville Football Club Hall of Fame was established to celebrate and highlight the achievements of our greatest ever players, Managers, coaches, ancillary staff, dedicated boardroom personnel and various off-field servants. Named in honour of founding father John McCredy McAlery, the Hall of Fame is updated on a periodic basis to reflect those individuals whose service to Ireland's Oldest Football Club merits formal acknowledgement.
Following Paddy McLaughlin's unveiling as Cliftonville Manager yesterday, our Official Website is pleased to invite supporters on a trip through the archives of 27 previous full-time occupants, seven caretakers and one man who took charge of the Reds on three separate occasions.

Though the title of 'Manager' did not enter the Club's lexicon until 1938, the first man to assume the position of 'Head Trainer' was Hugh McAteer, who was appointed in 1897 and remained in situ for an incredible 33 years.During his incumbency, and indeed the tenures of a number of subsequent Trainers and Coaches, it's understood that the team was picked in collaboration with a Team Committee that endured right through to the late 1960s.
The Main Stand at Solitude formerly housed the majority of the Cliftonville support on any given home matchday but, since the end of the 2007/08 season, is now only opened when the occasion demands.

Constructed during the 1950s, the Stand offers fans a wonderful vantage point from which to cast their eyes over proceedings; running for approximately two-thirds the length of the stadium and casting an imposing shadow over the action on the pitch and also housing the Cliftonville FC Social Club.
