Chineside is a family friendly Beach Cafe & Takeaway, located on the picturesque beach front at Durley Chine - Bournemouth. Come and join us for Coffee, Lunch and Dinner!. The Takeaway will be open as usual with seating on the decking area all seven days of the week from 8am to 4pm. We open at 8.00 in the morning for the school run mums, beach runners, swimmers, dog walkers and all-round early risers.

Nothing starts the day like a nice cup of Coffee at Chineside! We are very easy to find and access on the Durley Chine promenade. Park in the car park behind us, cycle along the prom and lock your bike up, or walk in along the beach. Chineside is the perfect summer venue! Not only are we open all year round, but we can accommodate bookings in our upstairs balcony area - whatever the occasion.

If you're looking for a great place to hold a party think of Chineside! Our fantastic location and set up means we can cater for any occasion from birthdays and anniversaries to staff parties and reunions, with space for up to 100 guests! We are fully licensed and are happy to create tailored meal packages suitable for your event's requirements.

After walking down the beach from Bournemouth and feeling a little peckish, my partner and I decided to stop in for a spot of lunch. The staff were friendly and polite and as it was a lovely day we sat upstairs on the balcony. Our orders turned up quicksmart and the food was filling and tasty Nothing could prepare us for the fantastic view however.

Absolutely love this place!!! If you're going for a morning stroll or dip in the sea this is the best place to visit for a hot drink and breakfast! If you fancy lunch or a late noon bite to eat it's fab too! Super friendly staff and service and the food is so yummy!!! Top banana! Thanks guys!

Great breakfast! Not too expensive but you could definitely tell with the quality but had a good view. There seemed to be a lot of employees so it would be great to see the customer service improve a little bit with a ‘how is your meal’ but all good! Definitely a good dog walk location.

Real barista Italian coffee with a good selection of alternative milks. Very nice cakes that taste homemade. The menu is simple but high quality and the staff are super friendly & helpful. Our group concluded the best coffee and cakes in Bournemouth!!!!

Fantastic location overlooking the beach. Excellent service. Well cooked and presented all day breakfast and good value at £8.50, however factor in the pot of tea at restaurant prices then not cheap, just typical seaside prices.

The cafe tries to be more than it is, the takeaway is excellent. Locals (originally Londoners) sit outside and shout cheerily at each other whilst sat half a metre apart.
The beach is to die for.

This is my favourite beach in Bournemouth and Poole. It has all the amenities required for a day at the beach with the children. There are Ice-cream parlours, fast food cafe's, a couple of decent restuarants and toilets. It does get busy, as you can see from the photo's and videos; however, I've always managed to get a nice spot close to the water.
Parking can be a bit of a pain, although, I always seem to find a free spot in the nearby streets on top of the cliffs.

Lovely place. Away from the pier and at a quieter part of Bournemouth beach. Friendly staff. Food menu limited, but none the less, tasty. A great place for cold beer and people watching. My bar of choice on Bournemouth seafront.

Vegan Burger on gluten free - comes between slices of bread (not a bun), a slab of unmelted cheese and in a bowl!? Fell apart when I picked it up and was a complete mess. Absolute joke
