As a young girl I always dreamed of becoming a vet. I loved all animals, and as a 70's child we weren't fortunate enough to have lots of pets, however I was lucky. I had goldfish and 2 budgies called Torvil and Dean. When I was older I had Claude, he was a Heinz 57 and my absolute world. We would walk for miles and miles while I listened to my cassette player playing the recorded Sunday Charts!

My new puppy had a “get to know you day” yesterday. He unfortunately injured his dew claw. I received a call straight away from his buddy to let me know and to advise it was ok and had been cleaned and checked. I have today received a message asking how he is doing. Thank you Em and everyone for the brilliant service you provide and for caring about our fur babies. You are invaluable. Can’t recommend highly enough

I cannot recommend Nikki, Rocco and all the team here enough. Since I got my dog and he was old enough to go, they have taken such amazing care of him, it’s like leaving him with family! I get regular updates, fantastic photos and they really do love your dog like he is one of their own. He loves it there so much. Thank you all for everything you do. You’re amazing xx

I cannot recommend them highly enough! Our 2 girls have stayed for just over a week one of which has never been away from us. When we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming which made us feel very relaxed when leaving them. It was really clear to see how much they love the dogs! Whilst we were on holiday we had photos sent to us all through the day and can see that they were having a fantastic time! Socialising with other dogs through the day was a major factor in our choice and this more than delivered. we didn’t want them being shut away. Although we didn’t see the rooms

What a fantastic sleepover our precious dog Monty had at ITDH. From the moment I enquired about him staying the staff were friendly, professional and thorough. He had a settling in session where I was updated how he was getting on and sent photos throughout the day for peace of mind. Monty looked so content and happy and the surroundings were perfect for him to be cosy and comfortable like a home from home. He had a doggo buddy who met all his needs and we know he received so much love and fuss while there. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to stay and will definitely be a returning

We have recently started our Dog at Day care here! He absolutely loves it. Why didn't we do this sooner?!? Great service, booking in is stress free, dropping him off is easy and we just love the updates and photos through the day! Last week we booked him in for a groom and came home smelling amazing too!! What a bonus!
We have some sleepovers booked in whilst we are away from home in the summer and know he will love it, - This place is nothing like the Dog kennels we have used before, it's definitely a Dog Hotel with a wonderful service!! Well Done ITDH!!

Our doggo loves it at ITDH, and like any neurotic dog owner, knowing he’s being well looked after makes my day less stressful. The team are friendly & accommodating and have on more than one occasion fitted us in at short notice. We get picture updates throughout the day which we love. Aside from worry free days at work, it’s made a huge difference to our doggo’s social skills with other dogs, which were limited due to COVID.

We have used ITDH for almost 3 years for both daycare and holiday boarding. Dexter loves it - it’s his second home. They love your dogs like they love their own, and it really is a home from home when you’re away. You get updates and photos throughout the day. We both work in the NHS and couldn’t have survived this last year without their support. Couldn’t recommend enough. ❤️

Rio absolutely loves going to ITDH... he’s a pup so it’s been a really positive and great experience for him to socialise with the other dogs and makes lots of new friends.
The staff are so amazing with our boy and I feel reassured that he is in the best hands whilst he is there. I would definitely recommend!

My boys had their second groom here yesterday and I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
We needed to try and find a new groomers as the one we were using previously we felt ended up not being loving and caring to our dogs at all. This left them both very nervous, even for us to bath them ourselves at home!

These guys have been amazing with Stanley from the beginning, they are thorough, professional and friendly to deal with. Stanley had anxiety issues with being left anywhere without me for a long time but with their time and patience he has become more confident and social. He has been on many doggy day care days and the hotel/ boarding is amazing, I wouldn’t think of taking him anywhere else now.
