The Jelly Lounge
Lovely soft play, vibrant, clean. I love the fact that there are safety doors prevent my kids from running out ( which they have done at other soft plays). Lovely soft play for Children and grown ups alike. The kitchen staff were very accommodating to my dietary requirements and offered me substitutes for the regular menu.

Also friendly staff who are excellent with children of all ages. Had a wonderful time with our 2 year old just as the current lockdown lifted and allowed them to reopen. Super friendly staff and a good sized varied soft play with a segregated area for v little ones and decent selection of food and drink for all ages.
Services
It's understandable that our worlds revolve around our little ones, but this means that adults tend to be forgotten about, especially in places designed for children. We are the space where families can enjoy time together, where each can have their own space and with each other. Local residents, old friends and mothers of young children Jenny and Tamar shared a belief that the soft play leisure space was all too samey, thus ripe for change.
Our cool play space has been created to keep our little ones active and engaged. They can explore the magical hand embroidered tree and meet their friends in the tree top hideout, whilst you sit back, relax and enjoy your coffee while still hot, or finish your muffin before they do. Jelly Lounge is a place of sanctuary and activity with something for everyone.
Our jewel in the crown is a chef-led eatery with fresh wholesome, natural food to suit all tastes and diets. From farm to table; we provide only the freshest ingredients - locally sourced and healthy - and a dynamic seasonally changing menu that caters for all palates. We'll have the best selection of fresh salads, super foods and wok creations!

So many small things which just created an overall negative and frankly stressful experience. Given the other amazing softplay all within 30 minutes drive we won't be visiting again.

Not that local to Windsor but made a point of booking a slot at lunchtime for some food and soft play between our other plans for the day. The website promises so much but unfortunately didn't deliver. Another local business short staffed and potentially running on empty due to covid, who knows as nothing was explained.... No adult lunch menu was available on our visit, the kids menu was also limited on it's already limited menu..meaning that our family couldn't eat together. There was also a nice long hair in the kids panko breaded chicken that was available. The chips were hollow and potentially

Second time I have been. I went last week, the food took 35 mins to arrive. (Eggs and avocado on toast) when we finally got the food it was cold. They were busy so I just thought it was a one off. But then I went again today. Same food, cold again. I also asked for dairy free. But the salads all came with dressing with milk in and no offer to change it. Ludicrously expensive for not great food. I also ordered hotchocs with oat milk. Was charged their standard £3.80(!) for hot choc plus another 75p each for the oat milk- and was told it’s because oat is more expensive than cows milk. 4.55 for

A very good concept and spacious soft play but the service not so good. Its a shame that the owner who came up with such a great idea only to know the service is not the best.
Staff is very slow and not so attentive in basic necessities i.e not providing napkins with either food ordered or coffee. And toilets not so clean.
Food options are limited for Windsor level. Although Windsor in itself is overated.
Cleanliness is average. At 10 am I found some tables were not clean.
The good points are that the play is much free area and not rushed, its still average clean since its hard to find anything

Really great soft play but... the food and drink is a clear rip off. Apple juice £5.50.. not even in central London would I pay that. Great softplay, over priced cafe. Staff are nice and friendly so I'm only moaning about the clear rip off pricing for food and drink.

Lovely soft play and such great fun for little ones, would be five star however there used to be a safety gate at the entrance that is no longer there and the main door is sensor operated. At the end of the soft play session with my son, I was putting my shoes back on and had to race after him as he headed to the main door as nothing was stopping him getting onto the street outside as the inter-leading softplay doors were propped open and no safety gate. In my view this should be addressed and if it is not, if you are planning on going into the softplay with your child, I would suggest two adults

Good soft play for the kids. Booking required to limit numbers. But preferred a tea and a coffee that didn't arrive after 20 minutes and had to prompt staff. I know they had a party booking just starting as well so may have been busy but even so.

My experience in this place wasn't really pleasant.
First of all the roof was leaking, droplets of water was falling down on the floor, where children was running. Great that nobody been hurt.
We ordered food, pizza was super greasy, I have no idea how kids can eat it,even look of it,was awful.
Then lady came saying, that we need to leave, because our time is finished.. ok,no problem, but we haven't received our ice cream, which we ordered in advance with food. Then they asked us to wait and bring us only 2,when I have ordered 3. I was patiently waiting for 3rd one but there was none, when I asked

Love bringing my kids here for an after school slot when it’s quiet. Such a stylish soft play, lovely colours and my kids love it. And it’s the cleanest soft play I’ve ever been to. They make a good latte too. Friendly staff.
