Hi there, Today was my family's first visit to Playtrain. I'd like to convey my thanks for an excellent experience. From the warm welcome on arrival to the 'Baby Shark' exit, start to finish the whole session was very impressive. The staff were warm, friendly and professional, and worked continuously to ensure the play area was kept tidy and clean.
