At Oak Lodge Care Home, the health and happiness of our residents is at the heart of our care. We are ideally located to serve the Manchester area and provide the highest possible standard of professional care including Palliative care. As a resident of Oak Lodge, we make your independence, wellbeing, and quality of life our priority.

Oak Lodge is a luxurious, modern environment that provides you with the most comfortable and relaxing experience possible. Our indoor, outdoor, and personal spaces are designed to foster the health, happiness, and unique needs of every individual. Oak Lodge is a close-knit community - a warm, respectful, and caring environment where everyone is welcome.
Services
We serve breakfast, morning coffee, lunches, afternoon tea, evening meals, evening drinks and snacks, and supper. Meals can be taken in the dining room, lounge, or bedroom. Oak Lodge's two dedicated chefs freshly prepare all meals on the premises. They specialise in home-cooked food based on traditional cooking, using fresh local produce from our local butcher and grocery suppliers.
We offer both nursing and residential care at Oak Lodge Care Home. Our philosophy starts with getting to know each person as an individual and understanding what they need, so we can provide the right kind of care to match. It's simple: the more we know, the better we care.

Imagine how great it would be to enjoy a holiday, more time with your kids or just some time to relax where you can recharge your batteries, knowing that your loved one is being looked after and cared for as you care for them yourself.Looking after an elderly relative can be a very rewarding experience, but it also requires a big commitment in time and energy.
Oak Lodge Care Home provides professional respite care enabling carers to have a well deserved break from their caring duties. Respite care can also be employed when the need for specialist care is required for a short period of time, for instance when an operation has been carried out and the patient requires more intensive care than can be provided by the regular carer within a home environment.

My Grandma has been in the carehome for over a year now and i visit her regularly. i can say that every time i have been in i have found the home clean and the staff extremely professional. It has recently been refurbished so it looks even better. The gardens are nice so i usually sit outside with a cup of tea and watch the birds which my grandma loves.

My grandfather was at Oak Lodge for a period of about 3 weeks. He is suffering with advanced prostate cancer, blind and suspected dementia (he is quite confused but as yet is not diagnosed). I visited Oak Lodge with my father on Christmas day to pick up my grandfather to celebrate Christmas with family, to find my grandfather was not wearing any socks, the carers argued that he had none but we found 3 pairs in the room. He also had a weeks worth of stubble, and the carers argued that his electric razor did not work (whilst demonstrating the switch - they are a 240v set which were not plugged in
