We love the fun you can have with campers and have always been inspired by the classic split screens and bay windows, still putting in service after 40 to 50 years on the road, albeit with a little help from their enthusiastic owners. It's an investment built to ensure long-term value, but a Cambee is so much more than a practical and comfortable home on wheels.
Choose between a classic VW campervan, a luxury T5 & T6 conversion or simple picnic pod day van / weekender. Although we definitely don't believe in cookie-cutting our campers, it doesn't hurt to have a few guidelines to bare in mind when you're designing one from the ground up. The right interior depends 100% on how - and how often - you plan to use your camper.
OUR INTENTION - Right from the outset we have tried to make the best use of every available nook and cranny by using clever design that doesn't compromise on style or, most importantly, safety. QUALITY - Built from classic robust materials such as birch ply and Formica, our furniture is designed to last a lifetime.
There's nothing better than a great project to hone your DIY skills, and a campervan conversion is just such a challenge. Some people will happily tackle the whole thing and create a masterpiece, while others may have less time to commit - and that's where we can lend a little helping hand with our range of Easyfit furniture and bed kits.
When we took to the drawing board to design the Cambee Flex, we knew 3 things for certain: our bed would prioritise comfort, it wouldn't weigh a ton and it would need to be pull-tested to M1 standards. What we didn't know, was that with targeted solutions to a handful of other common R & R defects, our creation would, in no time flat, become our best seller.

Beyond excited to be booked in for our Cambee conversion in February.. from the moment we had our initial conversation with the team at Cambee we have received the VIP treatment despite being one of many on the waiting list. Our check in meeting realised our hopes and vision for the van and nothing is too much trouble for the team. We picked up our fully converted van 10 days ago, so have had time for a little play with it and can honestly say we love what Cambee have given us and so pleased we chose to go with them. The quality of the finish and the attention to detail throughout is fantastic as is their unique look.
The handmade birch cabinets look lovely, are reassuringly sturdy and very user-friendly to live. The positioning of the electrics, plumbing etc are all where they should be and again, very user-friendly and neatly installed.
We opted for Cambee's own 118cm rock and roll bed which is incredibly easy to put
