About us Report

We are an independent, family-run firm, owned and managed by Ken, Dave and Brian Hatton. Founded in 1987, we expanded from small beginnings with just one dual purpose vehicle to our present fleet of 20 service buses and 8 touring coaches. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service to our passengers, be it on a 5 minute bus journey into St Helen's or a 5-day tour to Cornwall.

The family firm, which began in 1987, expanded from small beginnings of one dual purpose vehicle to its present level of 20 services buses and 8 touring coaches. Hatton's service buses are used on many routes in the area carrying shoppers and workers around the Borough and surrounding areas. They are also used for taking pupils to and from school.

From the minute they collected us from our front door, to the minute they dropped us back off it was a pleasure to be with them. Coach was immaculate, bar/snacks well stocked, driver & courier & guide were all great company, very knowledgeable about the locations & all had a great sense of humour. Pilks Recs ARLFC Report

Hattons are proud sponsors of local rugby league club Pilkington Recs ARLFC. We are supporting the development of grass roots rugby league by sponsoring their academy this season. Hattons will also be their kit sponsor for this season, appearing on all of the youth team kits from Under 7's to Open Age.

Just back from a fabulous overnight break in London. We were collected from home by minibus and taken to meet the coach. Driven to central London for shopping then on to our beautiful hotel ( The Strand Palace) for overnight stay then afternoon tea the next day before our return home!
From booking to returning home this was a fabulous trip …. Everyone was so friendly but professional …. Would recommend and will definitely use again. Brilliant value for money too!!! Thank you x

Left over 35 kids and staff without transport to their prom. Lied on the phone and said the coach was on its way. When the transport eventually arrived it was a double decker school bus and not even Hattons. They had sub-contracted it the day before to a different company. They had given the different company the wrong time and pick up place. Shame on you Hattons. Call yourself a company, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Unreliable and not what your Face book page describes you as !!!!

Cannot fault hattons coach. We had booked with national holidays, but we were transported via a Hattons coach. Superb coach. The driver Peter and his wife Lynn were super. Professuobal and courteous with a good sense of humour. Will be looking into their tours and daytrips for future reference.
