Have camped here a number of times having just returned home after a week .We go with our son and daughter in law and grandchildren. In our own tent with electric hook up.Lovely family run site covid restrictions were still in place so the site was never full .The showers in the toilet block we couldn't use but there was a shower pod with 4 showers( free ) .Unfortunately the fairy garden is now closed permanently which is a shame don't know why .Easy access to Filey and the beach no need to use the car 10min walk .Well kept site throughout. We've already booked for next year .

We booked to stop 6 nights but had to go home a day early as our baby was poorly and it was expected to get bad weather. Owners are friendly the field we were in was huge and had a fab park for the kids which they loved it. Facilities are all clean covid regulations are in still place too 😊 the site is situated 10mins away from the beach and 15mins away from the town we are booking for next year 😊

Lovely site great position. Kept very clean. Very peaceful at night. 10 minute walk to beach for dog friendly walk which is stunning as per photo.
Shame fairy garden was permanently closed on arrival which is highlighted in all advertising for site. This did not effect us as we don’t have younger kids.
Easy stroll into Filey through beautiful kept park which is all a bonus.
If you need a quick walk with dog they have created a 3 minute circular enclosed area on site to let you dog into for a quick toilet so no excuses for dog mess as it’s well thought out and managed.

Giving this 3 starts solely because of how rude the person that runs this campsite was on arrival, we didn’t know where to go and time of arrival wasn’t mentioned when booking, arrived at 12.30 and went to speak to a men that was by the reception who looked at me like I’d been trespassing! He was extremely rude and said he was in the middle of eating his dinner and to wait in my car until he’d finished! If he’d of been polite in saying this I wouldn’t of minded but amongst some other things he was very abrupt it really put a downer the start of our break and wasn’t made to feel welcome

Stayed on the campsite can't find fault with it showers they are very clean and plenty of hot water. The owners are very friendly. The fairy garden is lovely. The food outlet catered for me and my wife who are gluten intolerant, the prices are very reasonable.Will come back again really enjoyed staying here.
