Mike Bell has been offering professional coaching and therapeutic services for the past 17 years. The best reference for my work are the successes over that time. I am able to offer you a robust and reassuring approach in Therapeutic support. My work in behavioural change has provided the catalyst required for many clients who are experiencing challenges, fears and worries, and who needed help in realising the changes they wish to make.

I take a holistic approach using a combination of hypnotherapy, therapy, NLP, and coaching techniques. The service I offer is personalised to each individual client. It can be difficult to change habits and fears through willpower alone because this is rooted in the subconscious; this controls nearly all our behaviour.

Welcome to the Mike Bell Therapy Suffolk clinic, recently opened in Gazeley. You may have an immediate serious issue, or you may have a problem which has been in existence a long time. My focus is on meeting the needs of each client and identifying agreed solutions to current difficulties in an integrative and creative way.
Hypnosis is a relaxed, natural, safe and alert state of mind/awareness whereby you are in total control and can focus on what's really important to you. Neuroscience is now catching up with Hypnotherapy and providing proof that Hypnosis works and is highly effective in reorganising the brain and producing emotional and behavioural changes.
By targeting the unconscious mind with powerful suggestion techniques, I will help you develop a positive relationship with food and exercise. The aim of therapy for weight loss is to help you feel more confident about your appearance, and work on changing any negative thoughts about eating.

I help many clients who want to lose weight, and others who struggle with their relationship with food which can result in conditions like bulimia and anorexia.The majority of my clients who want help in this aspect of life feel that they are over-weight, and have tried and failed at traditional dieting.
A panic attack occurs when your body experiences a sudden rush of intense psychological (mental) and physical symptoms. It usually reaches a peak fairly quickly, within a few minutes. Panic attacks can be very frightening and intense, but they're not dangerous. An attack won't cause you any physical harm, and it's unlikely that you'll be admitted to hospital if you've had a panic attack.
I am trained in the most contemporary change methodologies and techniques to help you overcome the habits you want to rid yourself. Whilst there are never any guarantees, I have achieved great success in recent years with stop smoking, gambling, alcoholism and many others.
