Charity-owned and operating as a social enterprise, we've been up and running for over a decade and our core aim is to support community sustainability. Our loans fund helps all sorts of organisations, we aim to lend around 1m each year and during the last fourteen years, 600+ regional businesses have been supported resulting in a 65m social and economic impact.
We're an approachable, supportive and knowledgeable lot, so do pick up the phone and call us anytime within business hours. We're based in Pershore in Worcestershire but happy to travel within the West Midlands region. I came to the world of business finance following a career managing sustainability projects both locally and in developing counties.
However if you find that the Start-up scheme can't help, or can't provide all the funds you need, then we may be able to provide additional capital (between 25k and 50k). Note that our funds will be at a higher cost in terms of fees and interest rates than those provided under the Start Up loan scheme so you should always try them first if you are eligible.

Dedicated to assisting West Midlands communities with the finance to enable them to invest in ventures that will enhance the social and environmental impact of their Community Assets. We have a particular interest in projects that seek to reduce our carbon footprint or ameliorate negative climate change factors, so renewable energy and EV charging points would be good examples.
