I have had a Marriott credit card with Creation for a few years now. Never had a problem until recently. Their customer services are nearly non-existent, they don’t answer any emails or “secure messaging” and if you want to speak to a customer services rep, be prepared to be on hold for nearly an hour! I shall be cancelling my card and go with Amex (yes you have a yearly fee, but at least they help you with your queries!)

Up until now have not had a problem with creation,I want to settle my account and have been on the phone 4 days, I have locked myself out my online account. When someone answered today they sent me a reactivation link that doesnt work! I have sent an email can somebody please contact me as a matter of urgency so I can settle my account.

Avoid using this finance company. They carry on taking payments after the agreement is finished, trying to call them is a joke as it says it will take more than 60 minutes to get through - what a joke. They don't reply to emails so I've now sent a letter asking for my money back - we shall see what happens (but I'm not holding my breath) . I will never use this company again.

Absolutely useless. Applied online. Accepted for credit limit of 5k. Unable to actually spend this on the Curry's pc world website. As it show declined everyone I tried to checkout. I phoned creation to attempt to sort out whatever the problem was. Hold time was more than 1 HR, "ain't no one got time for that!" They then sent me a survey which I scored them low on as I hadn't been able to actually use the account. They then closed the account without asking me.... Bizarre. All because I thought I'd spread the cost of an iPad over a few months.

Three times I have tried telephoning three times to no avail "Your Call is important to us" I don't think so!!! I've been charged £ 30 for Creation to tell me they failed to take the 1st Direct Debit payment that was set up, now have a 2 pence balance on the account and I can't pay if off because of the minimum payment of £5.00. I expect I will receive another £30 letter, so will have to pay £ 30.02 WHAT A RIP OFF????????

After being on hold for over 45 mins (I know some have been waiting longer) and their website is a non starter, I was finally through to a woman - who hung up!
I genuinely hope these clowns fold and soon. After being told my call is 'Important' ad nauseam, I expected a little more than I got.
Now I foresee credit troubles in my future...
I suggest if you're offered finance, and it's via Creation - then either save up for what you want and go without. Trust me, it'll be better this way!

Biggest scammers!!! These lot charged me £25 multiple times for missing a direct debit and messed my credit scoring during the lockdown! Dont ever take finance through them there the worst company ever! You will be in a worse situation than ever before! In the end I had to report them to the financial ombudsman who clearly found them at fault! Avoid them!

This company is a fraud! Trying to contact them to arrange my direct debit which was cancelled. Now, they have put the missed payment on my credit history. Which is frustrating for me now. I am trying to get hold of these cow boys but no one is answering a call put me on hold for hours. Avoid these fraudulent company. Taking a legal action against them because git evidences i tried to call them up many time but answered by them and filed missed payment on my account. Its not small thing to have missed payment on your credit file. Fraud!!!!!

Just submitted this feedback directly to Creation… [update: second call was finally answered after 57 minutes… agent was very friendly and efficient, and closed my account with no questions asked… didn’t even ask why… bizarre]
Called to report a lost card. Was on hold listening to music for 50 minutes. Suddenly the classical music stopped and there was a ring - at last I was being connected to a person!! But, alas, there was no voice and the line was dead. My call was dropped.
