We are a large, exciting and very friendly school, with lots going on. Through our website, we hope to give you an insight into our school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents, pupils and other interested visitors. Our children are very important to us and we are a very special school that likes to aim high and celebrate success at every level.

The life of the school is driven by enthusiasm and a desire to achieve. We bring learning alive, making it exciting and stimulating whilst nurturing independence and individuality. We also give our children a thirst for learning that we hope continues with them throughout their future school experiences and adult lives.
Services
Choosing the first school for your child, is one of the most important decisions a parent has to make. At Beeston Primary School we promote a love of learning within a safe and happy school, in which every person matters. Our aim is to ensure that your child feels safe, secure and happy as soon as he or she steps over the threshold.
At Beeston Primary School we have a team of Safeguarding Leads who work closely together to ensure that our children, and their families are safe. The Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead person in school is Mrs S Knowles, Pastoral Leader.

The Designated Safeguarding Team consists of Mr N Edensor Headteacher, Mrs B Tidey Senior Deputy Headteacher, Mrs R Wilkinson Senior Inclusion Support Worker, Mrs L Jackson SENDCo and Mrs M Whitaker Inclusion Support Worker.Beeston Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
We have worked as a whole school to design a curriculum which is broad, balanced and ambitious for all pupils. The curriculum encompasses the planned activities that we as a school organise in order to promote learning, personal growth and development.

It includes not only the formal requirements of the National Curriculum, but also the range of extra-curricular activities that the school organises in order to enrich the experiences of our children.Pupils begin to engage in the concept of the world of work and have a value of the concept of money.
Here at Beeston Primary school equality and diversity are woven into the curriculum we teach. Here are the areas where we further look directly at promoting equality and diversity, every half term, throughout school. At Beeston Primary School we aim to promote equality and develop positive relationships, by tackling any form of discrimination.
I have been working in education for 24 years. I have taught across the age range in six different primary schools in Leeds and I am currently on my second headship. I have also led two schools through three successful Ofsted inspections. I became a Local Leader in Education in 2013. This involves me working with other local schools in developing their leadership skills across the primary phase.

I do wish I could rate this establishment with zero stars. My child's had various property stolen from the other kids here and the staff do next to nothing to stop it.
My sons been coming home upset nearly everyday , coat stolen, things out of his bag stolen, footballs kicked over the fence then retrieved before anyone could go fetch it.... Everyweek it's something else.
No way for a ten year old to be educated, being told to accept theft and victimisation from other pupils... And parents...
Will NOT be returning next term
