I won't be shopping in either of the World of Sewing branches ever again. I am a pensioner with a new machine and Keith wouldn't even SHOW me where to put the oil in if I took it to the branch because I hadn't bought it from there. I didn't even ask him to put the oil in!
I am an existing customer and paid hundreds of pounds for a service on another machine just before the lockdown.
So, what if I put the oil in the wrong place? I'm sure he'd be happy to repair it!
