Peach&Co's Managing Partners are involved in every stage of the search process, delivering a consistent, high-touch approach. We build and maintain highly effective, in-depth working relationships with our clients to effectively understand the evolving nature of their business, to convey that message to the market, and to ensure a strong cultural fit between candidate and client.

Peach&Co was established in 2006 by Anne Peach. Having had the benefit of experience as both a supplier and client of executive search previously in her career, Anne wanted to create the platform to deliver an optimal service to both clients and candidates. Jennifer Leigh joined Peach&Co in 2008 to further leverage the firm's unique market position.

Jennifer's career began in investment banking at Cavendish Corporate Finance. She then joined Lazard, where she worked on a wide range of M&A transactions. Jennifer subsequently moved to Wasserstein Perella in 1997, where she advised clients on cross-border transactions, including Wal-Mart on its acquisition of ASDA.

We are supported by a highly focused research team. Given that the Managing Partners originate from research backgrounds, we regard this team as critical to the quality of the work and the results we produce. We place as much value on our detailed research process as we do on maintaining and developing our network of trusted, valued senior-level market sources.
