Took a look around this site the other day  as we were looking for a seasonal pitch. Upon the entrance it looks lovely, however, when you drive around the seasonal pitch side you are immediately hit by scruffy dirty caravans that are over run by clutter around them. Once you turn up on to the upper side of the seasonal pitches it's it's completely different story. They are well kept and looks totally different bar one or two.
It's a shame that it is let down by a certain few but I don't think this would be a site I would siting our caravan.

Love that the site is adults only. It's set in the trees with all the facilities we need. There's an area to walk dogs. Wonderful metal sculptures dotted around. The staff are friendly n helpful.

A clean, quiet, popular, well run and friendly caravan park. Stayed for just a night as a trial run of our new van and found both staff and residents alike most helpful.

A gorgeous, green campsite. The entrance is beautifully landscaped surrounded by flowers, trees and shrubs and then that continues as you go in. Clean facilities, friendly staff, big pitches and silent for a restful nights sleep. Farm shop across the road is excellent and pub in nearby village. 10/10

Lovely well laid out site, mostly residential static and touring caravans. Clean and tidy toilet/shower blocks, complete with a bath! Couple of farm shops near by. An airport near by but not bothersome.

Beautifully maintained site with friendly owners and fuss free checking in. The touring section has lovely large open plots and the facilities are very good. As we don't like to move our van it is also perfectly situated for walking to Otley and nearby village Bramhope where there is a bus route to head further afield. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.

Fantastic site, close to Leeds, yet out in the countryside. Beautifully kept site, with very clean shower/toilet blocks. Surrounded by a woodland walk and fields. Great for dogs too. We will be back.

Beautifully maintained and quiet, small campsite with lots of very friendly permanent residents and a couple of nice grassy areas for tourers. Everything is very clean and covid safe. Easy and pleasant walks in the local area - we walked to Horsforth train station, about 3 miles, for a day trip to Leeds and we also walked to Golden Acres Park. Would definitely stay again.

A site which has separate tourers area from residential. Adult only and is located just on the outskirts of the cities Leeds and Bradford. The countryside side around is only a short distance from the Dale's for lovely scenery.
The park itself is quiet surrounded by woods. There is a small office/shop on site and only a few miles to main supermarkets so full shopping available. There is a lovely cafe/farm shop offsite but within walking distance.
A splendid site which we will return to. Hosts helpful and friendly.

We're staying here for around 3 months as we're between houses.
Great location, close to both Leeds and Otley.
Clean and tidy, well looked after by the wonderful owners and staff.
Very nice and quiet, bar listening to the nesting crows and the other birds singing. It really is bliss.
Would recommend this site to anyone!

A big thankyou to Sally Rob and team for accommodating us at short notice for an extended stay. A real hidden gem of a site , well maintained spotless and great walks from the door with an unbelievable dog walk. The addition of all weather grass pitches is a real bonus especially with this years rain!!!

Just back from a great 2 weeks. Couldn’t fault the facilities- very COVID aware & absolutely spotlessly clean. Showers were great lots of hot water and even a bath if you fancy. Every member of staff works… very hard to keep the whole site spotless. Everyone on site was very friendly and the site had a very happy feel. Laundry facilities if you need them, in this room you will find a book exchange and an array of tourist information. The dog walks from site are great. The woods are secure and lots of bins.
