Our company has been built on an underpinning knowledge of the use and quality of different electric bikes brought about from staff with years of experience previously working within the electric bike industry. I cannot recommend this company enough. I purchased a bmx for my son for Christmas and he finally got around to riding it in January and unfortunately it had a bearing in the rear wheel break so I contacted customer support (who responded to me with in an hour or so) and dealt with davey who was so kind and polite and arranged for a replacement rear wheel to be sent out I am amazed by how quickly davey dealt with this issue, davey is an asset to the company.

I got a bike for my child for Christmas and there was a part totally wrong the mud guard the wheel didn’t fit or even spin and also there was some missing nuts and and washer to fit the basket on emailed them… and spoke to them straight after I noticed what was after Christmas and they said they well send new parts out but still haven’t received them and now they not responding to phone calls or email very disappointed in the service my child is really upset as it’s not complete

I purchased a Forme Repton in November. When it arrived I couldn’t detach the battery for charging. I told the company I wanted to send it back. They said they’d collect but days went by until nearly 2 weeks later I paid for the bike to be returned. That was the 14th December. I’m still waiting for my refund!

I cannot recommend this company enough, the bike quality were amazing. I had a minor issue which I discovered late at night, which when I logged into my email by morning had already been replied to and dealt with by the lovely Davey. I am shocked at how poor the service has been with this company. I ordered a bike for my son, which I spent a couple of hours trying to assemble without success. I took it to Halfords and two senior mechanics confirmed there was a manufacturing fault. These things can happen, but the company response was abysmal. They declined to issue a replacement or refund until I had a written report from Halfords. They then wanted me to dissemble and package it again. They declined to offer a small discount as a gesture of goodwill or for the huge waste of time caused. Good bike but appalling customer service

Very quick to take the money but very slow to deliver and when the trike did eventually arrive it was damaged. It wasn't badly damaged but enough cosmetically for it to be an issue, especially when it cost over £2,000, plus the brakes don't work properly. Yet its over four weeks on now since it arrived and after sending photos, emails and leaving numerous messages I'm still waiting for E bikes to sort it out. VERY POOR SHOW!

I was after a green huffy drift trike for my step child every where sold out and was told possibly wont be in stock to after xmas, went online message E-Bikes and they had it available now im from belfast so I knew id to pay shipping and how dear it could be but to see my step childs face on xmas morning totally worth it since its the only thing he… had asked for but was gona be a dent we wernt sure we could afford ect after explaining this and back and forth with Rob from customer service he very kindly looked for the cheapest shipping price and offered to go half the money for with me

Bought a Haibike Trekking Low Step for my wife.
Ordered Wednesday arrived on the Friday as requested. Excellently packed, only handlebars to straighten and and pedals to screw and ready to go.
Darren was excellent from start to finish, did everything he said he would.
I would recommend E-Bikes Direct without hesitation, smoothest transaction ever, and my wife loves the bike.

I ordered a children’s Peppa pig bike from here, learned that it had a fault before it was dispatched. Asked them not to dispatch it via email, but they referred me to the returns policy and still sent it anyway.
So I had to mess about unboxing, re-boxing, taking pictures and waiting for it to get collected, to then wait weeks for a refund. Order reference: OUT100590

The easiest 5 star I've ever given a company.
I wanted to get my bike through the Bike2work scheme. The process was a little bit lengthy but E Bikes Direct kept my desired bike reserved for quite some time for me of which was really appreciated.
Once the scheme had been approved, they helped me along every step of the way and notified me at each stage of processing. The bike was processed and sent to me within the week.
During my purchase, I have spoken to several staff from this company and their response times are fantastic. I never waited over 5 minutes on the phone and they usually got back

Davey at this company was great with communication and helped get our daughters bike out in plenty of time for her birthday so we had time to build it in time (less to think about now it’s done). The frozen 2 bike was of excellent quality, I’m sure my little girls face will light up on her birthday Sunday thank you so much! Would highly recommend this company and the bike!!

I purchased 2 Cube Nature Hybrid One 400 all road electric bikes in June 2020 and was a bit concerned with whether I would be able to complete the set up of the bikes on receiving them. It couldn’t have been easier. I had a slight problem with the gear changing and contacted customer services who quickly identified and fixed the issue which was very simple. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Stock loads of affordable electric bikes, not like other sites 2-3 grand minimum for decent bikes.
Purchased through my works cycle to work scheme. Soon as I had the voucher, the bike was with me the next day.
Had a slight issue with me wanting a throttle mounted for use on private property.
Found out my certain batch of bike, would not allow it.
Thanks to Garf, at customer services, he ended up going out his way to resolve it.

Waiting over 2 months for a refund even tho the bike was returned within the time frame and returned to the sender on account/bike that it was sent from I provided them with proof that bike had been returned and signed for They owe me £289 Not response from them in over a month Disgusting customer service

I cannot highly recommend e.bikes direct enough, especially Davey Johnson in customer services. We had a problem with the couriers. I can't recommend them enough. They went far beyond my expectations. I ordered a all mtn 3. They found a defect while building the bike. They contacted me straight away and offered me the all mtn 5 at no extra cost. 2 days later bikes here. My only problem now is Its too nice to ride I don't want to scratch it🤣

I highly recommend it even though my bike is missing. The courier says he delivered and I wasn't home when he said he delivered the bike. Despite the pending case, the company sent me a second bike. the matter is still being clarified with the courier company
