Faqs Report

Question: What happens if it's raining or particularly bad weather on the day of the booking? Answer: If the weather is forecasted to be severe we will call you the evening before the date of hire and advise you of your options and our position. The options available to you will completely depend on the equipment selected and your type of booking.

We have a collection of party invites that you can use for your party, feel free to download and print, and share amongst your family and friends. The downloaded file is a PDF and suitable for print in A5 size, you will be able to print 2 invitations per a single A4 piece of paper depending on your printer settings.

Booked the assault course and bungee for day and overnight. Delivered early, great friendly people. The inflatables were brilliant, great fun had by all. They picked it all up the following afternoon quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them, we will def use them again!

Fantastic service! We hired the fire engine disco bouncy castle for our daughter's Birthday and it was a massive hit with all the children. The castle was delivered on time, was of excellent quality and was full of very happy 4 year olds for the whole two hours. The Bluetooth connection made playing our music very easy. I would definitely recommend both the bouncy castle and Bounceland.

Excellent service. Softplay arrived on time, was set up and taken away promptly. The kid's (and adults) absolutely loved the softplay surround - especially the ball blowers in the ball pit. The Happy Hopperz were a hit too. Would definitely use this company again.

Easy to book online and they were flexible, really customer friendly and professional. Super hero bouncy castle (with slide) went down a storm in the party and kids had a great time. This company seriously saved my daughters party. We had another company cancel 1 hour before the party started and this amazing company changed their personal plans and managed to get to the party just after it started and set up a fab castle. I cannot praise them enough as my daughter was so upset thinking she wouldn't have a castle. They were so efficient and friendly. I will be booking with them next year. The castle was really clean and put up in minutes. Thanks for everything guys!!

I was well impressed with Bounceland UK. The kids loved the Disney bouncy castle. It was well worth the money. I had a look round and Bounceland UK was the cheapest and found more variety of choice. I phoned a few companies and they never returned my call. Someone from Bounceland contacted me straight away and everything was booked efficiently. The man who delivered the bouncy castle was so efficient, friendly and stress free. I will be using Bounceland UK every time. I would never go anywhere else :)
