We require a minimum deposit to secure your booking(which will be explained in your confirmation). Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer and must be received within 48 Hours to secure your booking. Once your deposit is paid, that amount will be deducted from your final payment. All payments are non-refundable;however if you wish to change your hire date or equipment hired they can be transferred with enough given notice.

We hired a castle for my daughter's second birthday. It was all very easy and great value for money. Great communication ahead of delivery and the team who delivered it and collected it were very friendly and professional. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service!!!
After booking the inflatable dart board for our wedding and then having to move the date 3 times, AW inflatables were very accommodating. All correspondence with them was excellent they got back to us straight away.

We had excellent customer service from AW inflatables from the first call. Not having hired a castle before, Ashley helped me identify a suitable children’s castle for our garden (for a 5th birthday). He was then extremely accommodating in moving the date of hire to a better weather day, when the original date poured down with rain. Thank again, would definitely recommend AW inflatables to friends 👍🏻.

My children celebrated their 5th birthdays in lockdown which was set to be memorable for all the wrong reasons. Then I contacted AW inflatables who were able to accommodate an outdoor bouncy castle for them to enjoy all day!

AW Inflatables were recommended to us by a friend and they were absolutely brilliant. The booking process was simple, quick and easy, in addition Ashley was available throughout the booking process for any queries, questions or changes we needed. We ordered a selection of garden games, the wedding bouncy castle and the bucking bronco for our festival themed wedding in July.
