Would 100% recommend and use again! We hired a small jungle themed soft play for my sons naming day. The member of staff who dropped off and collected was friendly and efficient. The actual soft play items were all clean and in excellent condition. The children at the party were kept entertained all day!

Hired a bouncy castle for my son's 3rd birthday party. Playsafe provided great customer service, really friendly, easy and quick set up and pick up. The product was great and enjoyed by the birthday boy and his friends! Communication was good. Would definitely recommend and will be using again I'm sure!

Great service and good quality equipment. Just had a bouncy castle for my sons 4th birthday and everyone enjoyed it (including the adults). Sound information and castle was securely and safely installed with information on how to look after it. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering it. Have fun!

Such great service from this company! Had a really positive experience from the outset. I sent a pic of our garden via WhatsApp to see if it was suitable and they responded straight away. Booking process was smooth and they answered all my questions.
Unfortunately as the party day approached it became apparent that it was going to be too windy for a bouncy castle. Playsafe were in regular contact and let us change to a ball pool at very short notice - and even threw in a couple of complimentary mini hoppers! Amazing service for our wedding day yesterday. We were contacted a few days before with concerns about the weather but the guys at Playsafe were amazing, offering a wet weather option.
Thankfully the weather played its part and allowed us to go ahead with our original plan with an adult celebration bouncy castle and the bubble machine.
We have many photos of us and our nieces and nephews having the time of our lives on the bouncy castle. And the kids spent most of their day on it too
