We aim to build, facilitate and sustain positive relationships with our children, their parents, extended family and the local community. We work with parents, carers and the local community to help children fulfil their hopes, aspirations and dreams. Each child's day is planned to enrich their interest, encouraging enjoyment whilst learning through play.
We care for our children within a welcoming, safe, secure, enjoyable, happy and stimulating environment, in preparation for their transfer to infant school. MiniStars work in partnership with the UK Centre for Carnival Arts, by mirroring their curriculum activities which includes Music, Visual Arts, Theatre, Multimedia, Dance, Literature, and the Creative Arts amongst other disciplines.

At Ministars we are committed to the safety, security and well being of each child. Our fully qualified, caring, experienced, and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners are trained to listen and communicate in a non-judgmental way, with clear polices and standards to ensure consistency of care. On commencement of employment all staff receive core training in Safeguarding Children (Child Protection) and First Aid.
We recognise every child is different, but believe they should all be treated equally. Positive relationships and good communication are vital. Children need to learn about risks and safety, how to make good choices and how to stick to boundaries. We make every attempt to provide full opportunities for each child to do their best.
