It has been estimated that 150,000 people a year die in situations where first aid could have helped and, worse than this, some of us believe myths that could make the situation worse. Pre-schools, nurseries and childcare registered by Ofsted on the Early Years Register provide facilities for children up to the age of five.
They are required to meet the EYFS requirements as outlined. There are many pressures on business, and first aid for the workplace might feel like another. The regulations seem confusing and it is easy to spend time and money on issues that appear more complex. Synergy offers a wide range of First Aid courses in Essex with professional instructors who have years of teaching experience.

Synergy was formed in 2012 as a result of Nicky, one of our directors, being on the committee of a local pre-school. The staff had a requirement for First Aid training, but it was difficult to find training locally without diverting staff from their main job of supervising children.
In addition, both the directors had spent many hours in many training sessions when the training was dull, seemed irrelevant and didn't achieve the objective of the student learning.Synergy was set up to provide first aid training for local people at times when they are available and without them having to travel long distances.
