After going into the office locations and carrying out a gap analysis, we drafted and implemented policies and procedures and carried out the relevant employee and management training.

Fantastic training delivered to a very high standard. Instructor made everyone feel welcomed, ensuring all were comfortable with the speed of the lessons and that the information was relevant and up to date.
