Flame Bar & Restaurant

We had an event here and it took a while before getting our meal that was pre-ordered ages ago. The meals was really nice tho. The downstairs ladies toilets was out of action and sign said use disabled but cracked tiles where the disabled rail was attached to and some people never flushed and when told male staff they wasn't even bothered.

Loved the dance classes great vibe amazing people and teachers are excellent

Great customer service. Booked a table online and they were able to accommodate us a little early. Food came out quick and hot!

Absolutely Amazing!!! It is brilliant customer service and brilliant food. If you want a cheap but good quality food. I would definitely recommend, and at lunch its only £6 for a meal!!!! The chefs are very friendly

Went to Flame this week for my birthday and cannot wait to go back! The food was delicious, very reasonably priced, the cocktails were amazing and the waitress went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after during our visit. 100% recommend 👏🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️

We love Flame Bar & Restaurant. I took my mum,dad and daughter-in-law for lunch on Tuesday.
Fabulous waitress service from Robyn, fast and efficient but friendly.
Two co-owners, very friendly towards staff… and customers. Everyone is happy and it’s an uplifting atmosphere.
Huge compliments to the Chef and Trainee Chef who cooked our meals to perfection. Delicious tagliatelle pescetore (seafood), steak cooked just as my mum wanted it-well done, and a very tasty pizza which my daughter-in-law chose.
Very generous portions too.
Very clean and excellent adherence to Covid-19 Government

This Restaurant is amazing to eat at. If you are looking for a romantic night out or a night out with friends, this is the perfect restaurant. Everyone here is so friendly and sticks to the rules and regulations. Can't wait to come again!!!

Pros.
Staff were really friendly and the calamari was perfectly cooked.
Cons.
No covid measure's. Staff without masks, not washing hands or disinfecting anything. Main meal seafood rissoto was with only muscles rice was dry and starchy. Carbonara was watery and very bland. Deserts were mediocre. Drinks didn't always turn up even after asking about it several times.
Wouldn't come again. Didn't feel safe while here and the food was mediocre at best.

Really disappointing meal and experience. The food was extremely slow to come out and very little communication and apology from the staff, many of who didn't seem to care - except one lovely cheerful waitress who I think was on her first shift, she was friendly and helpful.
A couple of meals needed to be sent back as the rissoto was undercooked, plus some dishes didn't match their description on the menu.
I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Absolutely loved there pizza, I think is best in Peterborough!!! It's that good. Staff friendly and place is clean :)
