Having had difficult experiences with letting agents in the past it was refreshing to rent from Claypenny. The people working there are genuine and helpful, always quick to respond. they were very down to earth about normal things which landlords often freak out about like tenants owning bicycles/tools/having hobbies/living in the houses they rent. Claypenny are probably the only letting agents I would recommend.

Couldn't recommend Claypenny enough! They very professional always go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable and happy with the property. Claypenny have easily been my favourite landlords over my 5 year stay at university. You won’t regret choosing them for your student property. Fraser, is a real legend and Piers is always on hand night or day whenever you need.

Claypenny have been great landlords throughout my third year, I highly recommend! Sophie always responded promptly to any problems or queries we had. Piers their maintenance man was amazing and was always happy to help us with any problems around the house. I wish I had used Claypenny in my second year too.

Claypenny have been excellent for me and my housemates. All the staff are always willing to help with whatever you need; whether it is ordering new bins, Piers(the handyman) fixing things around the house. The staff made it easy and stress free experience living in the house. Want to say a big thank you to Fraser, Piers and Helen for being so helpful !!

Loved living in our Claypenny property for two years, the maintenance was fantastic and would always arrive promptly. All the staff were extremely helpful and always easy to approach with anything we needed. Absolutely gutted to be leaving and would recommend anyone to a Claypenny property without hesitation.
