Had a very bad experience with this company. Ordered a fiamma f45 awning £500.11in good faith.
Arrived damaged. Although ishop247 sold and distributed it they would not accept responsibility saying 'it had to return to the manufacturer.
Over next two weeks they told me they had arranged collection on three separate occasions. I waited in all day.....no collection. I told them I needed the refund ASAP to purchase an alternative for upcoming holiday. This made no difference.
Eventually they took responsibility and over the next week iwas toldit would be collected. Again waited in.... no collection

Terrible company. Promise a 3 day delivery but on day 6 they give the package to the courier on a snail mail service. Ruined my holiday and after numerous requests not to deliver it when I'm away, they ignore my requests. Next will be me having to send it back at a cost to me and probably a handling charge. Cowboys is an understatement so purchase from a reputable company even if it means paying a little more.

Awesome experience. Placed an order for an Igloo icebox at 1645h yesterday - a Monday. Excellent service from Laura who, when told that it was needed by Thursday, waited until the order came through (they close at 1700h), called me back twice, labelled the item and put it on that evening's truck. It arrived at lunchtime on Tuesday. Very many thanks. The best customer service I have received for years!

Terrible company to deal with. I would avoid!!! I ordered a cool box from them which they sent to an incorrect address which was their fault as the address on the label was wrong. They done nothing to resolve the problem. I ended up finding the item at another address down my road 7 days later. Awful customer service. Ignored my email and had no interest in sending me a new item out.

Ordered a Coleman Event Shelter just after the 3 pm cut off for express delivery.The lady on the `phone was very helpful and said she would try her best to get order off that day. Order arrived about 18 hours later ,I was very impressed. Ok it cost a little extra for express delivery but worth it.

Absolutely disgusting company!!! Returned faulty item and ‘Bob’ said a refund was issued. Refund was only issued for £4.60 which was the refund of the postage costs paid by me. Now they are not answering emails or answering Amazon emails re the refund cost of the faulty item of £52.97. We lost two days holidays because of this item, the least the seller can do is refund the item money. Bob can expect a call from Trading Standards! Shambles of a company AVOD AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! Goods have still not arrived with me after 6 weeks. Repeated attempts to contact them where ignored until I emailed to cancel then was told I could not cancel as the goods has already been shipped to the courier. What a con! Never felt so infuriated or under appreciated as a customer and I'm a professional buyer dealing with thousands of suppliers.

I bought 2 lamps online from them (separately, one was a replacement for the other), both arrived with broken glass. Their customer service clearly don't know how to read, It took 3 emails for them to read the first sentence of the first email. They repeatedly ask the same question, despite having answered it right from the beginning. They lie about not being aware of things when it's literally the first thing you tell them. Complete joke of a business with no care at all. Seems they're very happy to try and take advantage of people with a disability.

Great seller, on my 4th order now. I had some problem with the item arriving cracked from transport, they quickly sent out a replacement on a next day service so in the end because they were a little early in the first place it was all resolved before last day of the estimated delivery. Was really pleased, customer services were really helpful.

I ordered a 375watt bench sander from Ishop247 and the item was faulty. They would not issue a pre-paid postage label to send back insisting I did it myself and if faulty they would return postage.
Ishop gave me back the full price (£78-99) for the faulty item but they then 'insisted' the item was 'not' faulty and returned only £4-15 of my £10-15 postage costs. This item was 13-5kg and I returned it in the most absolute cheapest way possible!
Ishop reckoned that the £4-15 was for 'good-will' purposes only.
No new customer with a valid claim should expect to

Purchased a Ferm power file, EFM1001. Sent the machine back because the threads in the arms were not completely patent and resulted in jamming of the tracking knob before the arms could be correctly aligned . They fixed the problem in minutes but had kept the machine for a week. They denied that any procedures had occurred to correct faulty threads and it was simply my inability to assemble the machine. Even after sending photos ( to customer service of ManoMano- their parent company) of the slight, and one substantial marking of the surface of the arms, showing that something like 'tapping
