Moran Motorhomes is a small family owned and run business based in Ludlow, Shropshire. We have been at our Ludlow site since 1998 and have been dealing with motor homes since 1989. I, Roger Moran, started a garage business in 1979 with my wife Helen at a small workshop in Leominster, carrying out general servicing and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.

It is a condition of the warranty that servicing is carried out according to manufacturers recommendations. Failure to comply will invalidate you warranty. Household cleaners should not be used on shower trays, washbasins, sinks etc, as they damage some plastics. Some manufacturers recommend that only lemon juice should be used for cleaning.

What a great family run dealership, nothing is too much bother, the deal they put together was the best I could find and that didn’t mean any loss of service, all the little details were covered in the hand over and they’ve only been too happy to offer advice on any details since the purchase.

We called here today on the off-chance that Morans could help with a couple of niggling issues on our Autosleeper Kingham. (Bought from Moran in 2019). Brilliant customer service from Scott Moran, who replaced our iffy led ceiling light and ordered a new Truma Control panel for us. No quibbles, just a fantastic efficient response. If only all motorhome dealers were like Morans!! They really do put the customer first. Very highly recommended.

We have had the best ever purchasing experience today. Moran Motorhome staff are all incredibly nice, friendly and very helpful. We gave them 9 days to prep our new van.... Excellent customer service from Roger and his team at Morans. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner and I live in Scotland and travelled to Ludlow as Morans had the Motorhome that we were interested in, and couldn't get in Scotland. We bought a Burstner City car a few months ago and are loving it. Although it met most of our needs, we wanted a few adaptations like 2 extra windows, and Roger went the extra mile.
