I ordered a pair of shoes from Bradshaw and Lloyd recently. They were excellent quality and nicely presented in their box. Unfortunately though they didn't fit and so I had to return them. I decided to purchase another pair from elsewhere and so asked for a refund. Their customer service was brilliant, they responded to my email straight away and refunded my purchase without any issues. Thank you Bradshaw and Lloyd.

Having first visited the shop in Hurstpierpoint back in October 2019,I have now gone on to purchase three pairs of shoes, two belts and various accessories from Bradshaw and Lloyd. Bradshaw and Lloyd provided stellar service as I bought shoes to be shipped to me in the USA. I was a little concerned in doing business from afar without seeing a lot of reviews and called them up. Richard was friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented.
Unless you are familiar with the fit of a particular maker, I highly recommend you follow the instructions on the site regarding foot measurements if you are buying remotely. This sort of remote assistance is invaluable. The shoes fit well, but ultimately the style did not suit me. On return, the shoes were accepted without question

A proper shoe shop with a surprisingly large range of shoes and boots sold by a gentleman who knows his onions. Unhurried, all the advice you need and you get to try your shoes on from the comfort of a leather Chesterfield sofa. I can't think of another shop like this in the region. I shall probably return even though my new shoes will last for years.
