Excellent service. I had my son fitted for his first shoes here and have been coming back ever since. The shoes are expensive but excellent quality. I know the staff will provide a friendly and attentive service and have lots of patience for uncooperative young children. They are managing the Covid social distancing rules very well and I was able to book a time slot for a fitting instead of having to queue with an impatient toddler. We are very lucky to have an independent children's shoe shop in Haywards Heath.

Great personal and friendly service, was a pleasurable experience buying shoes, pre-lockdown there were tubs full of toys too for the children to play with. Its our first choice for buying new shoes for the children.

Excellent customer service. Very approachable, they helped over the phone to guide me to the right pair of shoes for my 15m old son and delivered them very quickly. I'll be using them again!

Amazing shop, amazing service and amazing staff ! Kim helped us out of a sticky situation due to our daughters very narrow feet. Kim found the perfect fitting pair of first school shoes and a brilliant pair of trainers. Kim clearly has plenty of knowledge and experience and put us at ease immediately. We will be back many more times !

No prices on anything so I often look but without the labelled prices I'm not going to waste my day saying 'how much is this'? 'How about this?' 'and this?'... very annoying. Perhaps its a case of 'if you have to ask you can't afford it'. in which case, fair enough, this place may be just far too expensive for me.

Brilliant local kids' shoe shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good range at keen prices. Now that my daughter's feet are approaching small adult size I will really miss my visits to this local gem of a shop.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff who gave my 17 month old a great service and calmed me (a mildly neurotic mother!!) after another shoe shop filled me with fear about his gait. He now has a great fitting pair of sandals for summer that support him nicely and provide the toe protection he needs and Klodhoppers most certainly have a new loyal customer. Will recommend to anyone!!

I can't believe how many children's shoes could be crammed in to one tiny shop, there are literally hundreds.

I don't think there is anywhere else that you could even think about shopping if you're child needs shoes. I went in to shop for my nephew and was reduced to an utter state of confusion at the massive choice in front of me.

I ended up with a pair of adorably cute pair of Vans, one of many branded shoes available here. Definitely a must for parents.

You can't miss Klodhoppers. I nice bright orange shop on Blatchington Road specialising in kids shoes.

I agree with the previous reviewer, the daunting prospect of your mum taking you shoe shopping can result in an extremely traumatic experience in the playground - often involving a box of matches - but they have a great selection here so I guess your kids will be able to breathe a sigh of relief.

Very friendly and helpful and they also stock a huge amount of crocs if your into that kind of thing!

Hahaha! Great name right?!

Klodhoppers sells shoes for kids and teenagers. Sometimes these places can be a bit dated, but I was impressed on my brief visit as to the range of brands and styles they had. You can find DC, Vans, Converse and Kickers, amongst many other brands. There were also cute little Wellingtons for tots and shoes more suitable for school.

This is more a store for parents than the kids themselves, but it helps to know that you won't be dressing your child in outdated shoes, or making them wear shoddy brands that'll get them teased on the fickle and harsh catwalk that
