Jean Store is the UK's oldest denim store, established in 1967 on the south coast of England, it was the first denim specialist of its kind. The store was opened at a time when there was a huge demand for brands such as Levi's and Wrangler, with classic Americana a big look in the fashion world. A highly prized denim that is woven on a shuttle loom, a more traditional production method, which produces a narrower fabric but one with finished edges that do not fray. The sold me very buggy Lewis 511 jeans which usually are slim cut. They don’t want to admit they are faulty pair of jeans and they refuse to refund. In the last few years I bought several jeans from them and I had to return a pair of jeans because after the first wash it was full of holes. They trying to say I returned almost all my purchase but this far from the truth. I thought was the Lewis jeans brand that is not keeping up with the name but I have Lewis 511 for 5 years bough somewhere else. Other jeans bought from them they only last me a year and a pair of 512 I bought 9 months ago have

So far I had only positive experience dealing with this awesome store. E.g. just a couple of days ago I ordered a pair of Wrangler jeans, but after some consideration I decided to cancel the purchase but I was unsure whether the seller would agree to cancel the order. But reaction from the Jeanstore was very swift and professional – they settled the issue in no time and the refund was made almost immediately after my application for the order cancellation.

Returned some shoes, They accepted the parcel, told me I was going to get a refund and didnt. Still waiting for my money 10 days on from them accepting the parcel. Customer service is rubbish, as soon as they got your money they will run a mile. Had email communication between a gentleman called Ross who I believe is the owner. I found him to be rude, cocky, unhelpful and most of all unsympathetic which I think speaks loads for the company morals. Only want to take your money and offer no help when things go wrong! ONLY INTRESTED IN LINING THEIR OWN POCKET! NO INTEREST IN HELPING YOU RESOLVE YOUR
