My first visit to 63 Tay Street for the 4 course for £24 " surprise me' lunch with a colleague. This is an undocumented set menu and is all that is available at lunch at present: a sensible policy in these difficult times.
Pleasant, quiet dining room with attentive but unobtrusive and well paced service. All four dishes were of a very high quality and a pleasure to eat: lovely lunch and highly recommended. I shall return very soon to this oasis of calm and accomplished cooking.

The best meal of our lives!! The “just feed me option”was out of this world 5 courses plus a palette cleanser. Every dish exquisite fabulously tasty and each one a total surprise-I can’t wait to go back - so… love the fact that you don’t know what is going to be served - but as we looked at other people’s empty plates going back to the kitchen we knew we were not going to be disappointed!

Here we go!
Oh my goodness! What a night and what a meal! We had the “Just feed me” set menu. Just so beautiful in every way. Perfect attentive and friendly service and truly delicious food from start to finish! Not a single thing we didn’t enjoy. Even possibly the acquired taste “Minger” cheese! Accompanied with exquisite wines! Thank you no 63! A fabulous end to our holiday.

Myself and my partner recently dined at 63 Tay Street and I can not recommend the restaurant enough. Both the food and service from Graeme, Christopher and the rest of the team was impeccable. We enjoyed the… ‘Just Feed Us’ set menu and the food was simply excellent. My partner chose to have the accompanying wines for each course and Christopher was highly knowledgable when explaining how the flavours complemented each other. The whole of the service team were so attentive throughout our time in the restaurant. It was a pleasurable and intimate dining experience and I would not

Attended the reopening with the just feed me Graham menu at £45 per head. My partner had the associated wine pairing and thoroughly enjoyed the service complete with explanations regarding their choice. I had an Abernyte Brewery Kinnoull Hill Red beer which was very tasty. The five courses were varied in their flavours and we went for cheese and port as well, all Scottish food done exceptionally well. Enjoyed our evening there.

I was in recently with my fiancee for dinner on a Saturday night. Very small restaurant so make sure you book in advance. We went for the 5 course tasting menu and the house flight for drinks.
While on the expensive side I can honestly say I enjoyed every single bite of every course and the wine pairings were fantastic.
The duck and pistachio cake were heavenly. Would highly recommend for a nice occasion.

We drove up to the Highlands to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of London this Christmas and decided to break our journey with an overnight stop in Perth. We got a very cheap room at the local Travelodge so we thought we would treat ourselves to a tasty supper in the town. After sounding out B's pal who lives in Perth about good places to eat locally, and a bit of research from me on the internet, we decided that 63 Tay Street looked like it would tick all the right boxes. Although by no means the cheapest place to eat in town the a la carte menu looked like good value, perhaps

I think this is the finest restaurant in Perth.
If you are looking for high quality service and cutting-edge menus then this is the restaurant for you.
The restaurant is small, intimate, quiet and ideal for romantic meals!
The food is pricey, but you will not be disappointed with the quality of the dishes and the food is beautifully arranged.
During evening service there are numerous courses - so go on an empty stomach to fully enjoy the yummy dishes!

Lunch two courses 17.00, three courses 20.00.
I was limited in mu choice of starter, being pregnant, so it was smoked salmon with an accompanying mustard cream sauce served on slices of beetroot. A little unexciting, but my delicious main of pan fried seabass made up for it. My partner had what looked like a fusion of thai-scottish beef something or other which he enjoyed but it was not quite what he was expecting. He loved his pannacotta. My apricot tart was good, but might've been better or tasted even fresher slightly warmed and there was somehing wrong with my ice-cream which was partially
