Do you need some extra tuition? Private tuition is also available, 1-1 or small groups online via Whereby, Facebook Messenger, Skype or possibly Zoom. Lessons can be weekly, fortnightly or just when you need a little extra help while teaching yourself. Book a one-off 3hrs workshop to learn German business etiquette and basic German words and sentences, or let me help you with translation of any German letters or phone calls.

If you need to know about German customs and culture, or if you need an interpreter, I can help you. If you prefer to attend German festivals, check out the Festivalticker, which tells you about all the festivals in Germany - what a great reason to learn German and go there on holidays! At Angelika's German tuition and translation, it's not just teaching and translating.

Once upon a time there was a little girl in Germany who had this idea of moving to England as soon as she was grown up and to make all English people like the German language. Then she wanted to be an air hostess, a ballet dancer, a famous singer. Fast forward to the present and this little girl hasn't quite achieved what she wanted, but.
My books are available on all amazon sites. I also have my own range of language learning planners, journals and colouring books. Would you like to learn some German every day but don't know what to use? This book has 365 suggestions. Each day covers something topical or relevant to that day which you can explore and learn using the internet.
My planners has been designed to give language learners a whole year of keeping track of their learning. The undated 52-week diary can be started at any time. They have a short planner for 12 months followed by 52 weeks of detailed planning/ learning. Each week has two pages. Page one is for keeping track of what has been learned.
My planners go a step further and allow you to use them as a learning aid as well. They all have a little list with words which I have already translated for you plus pages for further translations of your own. Then use the journals as you would in English, but in German - happy learning! All journals are available on all amazon sites.
In 2014 we supported my friend Ida's charity Let Them Help Themselves. I've since found out that Ida personally is supporting two young girls, Perfect & Princess, through school. To keep them in school for the next 6 years she needs 12,000. I'm hoping we can help a little bit. The online fun event via Zoom raised 165! See also blog post Let's have some fun with German idioms & compound nouns.

I have been an online student of Angelika Daveys for a fairly short time as I'm a beginner but her explanations of what can be quite a daunting subject are excellent, I would recommend her courses to anyone wanting to learn German
