The Neville Wharton Business Psychology Group provides expertise in: assessment and selection; coaching and development; mental health and wellbeing. We provide objective and independent psychometric assessment and selection advice to aid an organisation's development, coaching and succession planning programmes and recruitment and selection procedures.

We design bespoke testing and evaluation processes (individual assessments, assessment centres, development centres), review and validate existing procedures and ensure recruitment and selection practices adhere to UK and current European Equal Opportunities legislation.

The Neville Wharton Business Psychology Group is made up of specialist Business Psychologists and HR consultants. We have offices in both Newcastle upon Tyne and London. Our consultants work with clients in both the UK and internationally.

Neville is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. He graduated in Psychology with a 2:1 honours degree in 1984 from the University of York. He gained Chartered status in 1999. He is a member of the Occupational Division of the British Psychological Society, a member also of the Association of British Psychologists.
