Talking about pictures in books provides new ways to say things and promotes children's ability to develop language to talk about things they see, their feelings and experiences. Services
We hold the committee AGM in September/October each year. If you are interested in being Part of our committee you can find more information on the following link. We are proud of the high ratio of adults to children in our group. This ensures individual attention to the needs and development of each child.
Is open on Monday - Friday(all day), during term time and takes children from 2 to 5 years old. We are registered with Ofsted for 12 children per session. Within Playbox, all children are supported in developing their potential at their own pace. Learning for young children is a rewarding and enjoyable experience in which they explore, investigate, discover, create, practice, repeat, revise and consolidate their developing knowledge, skills and understanding.
It is our intention to make Playbox accessible to children and families from all sections of the Plymouth community. We aim to ensure that all sections of our community have access to Playbox through open, fair and clearly communicated procedures. We ensure that the existence of Playbox is widely advertised in places accessible to all sections of the community.
