I contacted BGS as I had a damaged alloy wheel on the nearside front. It was badly scuffed as I caught the pavement with my car. I was worried that the damage would be too severe and the wheel would need replacing but I need not have worried. I was very pleased with my experience as everyone was helpful and reassuring about what needed to be done. In the event the wheel was restored to pristine condition. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. The staff were helpful and accomodating throughtout. Above I was kept informed of what the was likely to be and how long it would take to do

I am new to the area and live alone. My car was due for its MOT and annual service. The ‘pick-up and drop-off’ service was invaluable. I was impressed with the professionalism of all involved, care taken with the vehicle including photographic evidence, plus all necessary reporting.

After a minor prang involving another car, my insurance company sourced BHS to execute the repairs. These were handled effeciently via digital images of the car, parts ordered and although I was given a courtesy car, I didn't need it as the repairs were completed within 36 hrs. The car was returned looking like new and with a full vallet service. Very happy to recommend this company.

I recently used this garage for repairs on my car after it had been in an accident on the road. They arranged in quick time a day to come and collect my vehicle and even dropped it off to me after the work was complete. They kept me informed regularly with the progress of repairs and all staff I was in contact with were very professional- from the person collecting/ dropping my car to the staff on the phone. I will definitely use this garage again for anything. Fab job on the repairs cannot fault them at all!⭐️

Being a woman going to a garage can sometimes feel intimating but not so with BGS.
My car needed some bodywork repairs, they quoted a price, when they could do it, how long it would take. They carried out the work on time and it was finished to a high standard.

BGS carried out a paint and fitting job that the main dealer could not do. Paul emailed the quote very quickly and the turn around was very fast, with the vehicle ready for collection earlier than originally promised. Quality and price were excellent and vehicle was returned in a clean state. Additional COVID preventative measures were also in evidence.

From start to finish the service I received from BGS was superb. The quote I received was very competitive, the work was completed as per quote in a timely manner and the quality of the work was faultless. They are clearly a customer focused company, collecting and then delivering my vehicle once the work was complete. The car was also valeted and washed which was a great finishing touch.
